Any workout should not last no beyond an hour, unless the doing P90X Yoga. Select your schedule on just how many times you want to work-out during the week. Some people are comfortable with working out only 3-4 times inside week, others would prefer 6 days a ocassion. Going 7 days straight is really pushing it, because you then become more at risk injuries. Shape needs to own a 7 days to rest and
